Where did you attend college?

Carroll College and the University of Montana.

What brought you to Montana?

I was lucky enough to have grown up in the Flathead Valley.

Why did you choose to be part of the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana?

The role of rural network coordinator seemed to fit my lifestyle, my previous medical background, and my belief in the mission to help the rural and underserved parts of Montana.

What are your interests outside the University and FMRWM?

Raising my son Tanner and daughter Aidan, bicycles, Labradors and Corgis, hiking, gardening, anything to do with horses.

What do you love about Western Montana?

Of course the stellar outdoor opportunities, but even more so, I love the people.

What's your favorite book?

Angle of Repose by Wallace Stenger.
