UM Solutions Center
In January 2018, CHPBS IT joined several other IT units on campus in launching UM Solutions Center, a single system that will provide an IT ticketing system and knowledge base for all of campus.
Most of our CHPBS IT forms for requesting support services or equipment reservations are transferred over to the UM Solutions Center. For CHPBS users, when you authenticate to UM Solutions Center with your NetID, the system will automatically determine your organizational group and route your request accordingly. That is, if you submit a request to install some software, it will automatically route to our CHPBS IT Helpdesk.
