We will be implementing an improved and newer version of LANDesk Management on to all computers we manage here at CHPBS. When we start the update, we will need to have your computer turned on and plugged into the network for the installation to complete successfully. When the installation is done on your computer, you will see a prompt to reboot your computer. You can either choose to reboot or your computer will reboot automatically after 4-hrs. At the end of the day, please save any work and log off. Please do not turn off your computer.

 LANDesk Management will allow CHPBS IT to update your computers with the latest security patches, remote into your computer to provide user support, and much more. This is all part of our effort for more proactive management of your computers and overall better service.
