Provide an overview of essentials of program evaluation using wide ranging examples and interactive exercises to help attendees understand, practice and plan to implement these strategies and considerations in their own work, offices, and communities.
- Explain how to identify primary health issues in your community
- Learn the Logical Framework approach and practice assessing and developing logic models and action plans (CDC approach), including theory of change exercises
- Learn how to develop measurable objectives to assess progress in addressing health issues
