African-American Alzheimer’s Caregiver Training & Support (ACTS 2) - The ACTS2 Project offers free skills-building and support services to caregivers of loved ones with dementia.

Alzheimer’s Association (AA) - The Alzheimer's Association leads the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.

Alzheimer's Disease Education and Referral Center - Alzheimer’s disease is the mostly commonly diagnosed form of dementia in older adults. Learn more about the disease, including diagnosis and treatment, and find tips and resources for caregivers and people living with dementia.

Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA) - AFA provides support, services and education to individuals, families and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias nationwide, and fund research for better treatment and a cure.

American Indian & Alaska Native Resource Center for Brain Health - This 5-year U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) funded project establishes the International Association for Indigenous AGing (IA2) as a national hub for Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD) information resources serving Indian country. IA2 will provide training, technical assistance, and resources for tribes, tribal leadership, healthcare and public health staff, Urban Indian Health Centers and organizations, and tribal elder services advocates across the country.

Dementia Action Alliance (DAA) - DAA is a non-profit organization that provides hope and help to individuals and families living with dementia and information about how to live proactively with dementia. They offer services and peer supports including three weekly online discussion groups, two monthly podcasts, an online Resources Center, a national Speakers Bureau and other services. All DAA efforts and activities are shaped and informed by individuals living with dementia.

Dementia-Friendly Airports Work Group (DFAWG) - DFAWG is a volunteer coalition of dementia specialists, care partners and people living with dementia, airport ADA/civil rights staff, airport customer experience staff, and others working to make air travel safer and less stressful for air travelers living with dementia and their care partners.

Dementia Friendly America (DFA) - DFA is a national network of communities, organizations and individuals seeking to ensure that communities across the U.S. are equipped to support people living with dementia and their caregivers. Dementia friendly communities foster the ability of people living with dementia to remain in community and engage and thrive in day to day living.

Healthy Brain Initiative: Road Map for Indian Country - This landmark document is the first-ever public health guide focused on dementia in American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities. It is intended as a tool for leaders of the 573 federally recognized Indian tribes, as well as state-recognized tribes, to engage their communities in addressing this important issue. These leaders include tribal officials, tribal health and aging services professionals, and regional tribal health organizational leaders. This Road Map may also be helpful to administrators in the Indian Health Service and state offices of health equity and minority health. 

Healthy Brain Initiative: State & Local Road Map for Public Health, 2023-2027 - Since the initial creation of the Healthy Brain Initiative (HBI) in 2005, HBI partners have worked together to implement public health strategies that promote brain health, address dementia and support people with dementia and their caregivers. The Healthy Brain Initiative Road Map Series guides this effort by creating a framework for public health action. It reflects the longstanding collaboration between the Alzheimer’s Association and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to advance understanding and inclusion of cognitive decline as a central part of public health practice.

LiveWell - LiveWell offers services, support, and resources to people living with dementia, creates, and anyone interested in taking an active role in cognitive health and wellbeing. LiveWell works to advance the wellbeing and inclusion of all people living with dementia to foster purpose, connection, growth, and belonging, through care, resources, thought leadership, and advocacy.

Lorenzo's House - Lorenzo's House revolutionizes memory care and empowers families living with younger-onset dementia. Younger-onset dementia is diagnosed when a person under 65 develops dementia; some people are diagnosed even as young as their 30s or 40s.Through a multi-year process, Lorenzo’s House will become a part of the radical shift in the approach and quality of care available to families living with younger-onset dementia.

National Council of Dementia Minds - National Council of Dementia Minds (NCDM) is proud to be the first national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded and governed by persons living with dementia. Their vision is to transform the worldview of living with a Neurocognitive Disorder (NCD).

Public Health Center of Excellence on Dementia Caregiving - In alignment with CDC’s State and Local Public Health Partnerships to Address Dementia: The 2018-2023 Road Map, our Public Health Center of Excellence has prioritized and will focus its efforts around seven key Road Map actions to advance the public health agenda of dementia caregiving: Strengthen Care Planning; Evaluate; Promote Best Practices; Enhance Healthcare Provider Messaging; Educate Public Health Professionals; Leverage Public Health Data; Increase Public Health Messaging.

24/7 Wandering Support for a Safe Return - This nationwide emergency response service facilitates the safe return of individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia who wander or have a medical emergency. The Alzheimer’s Association, in collaboration with MedicAlert® Foundation, provides membership plans with 24/7 Wandering Support.
