Dear faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends,
We are pleased to announce that the University of Montana’s School of Public and Community Health Sciences (SPCHS) has received the maximum seven-year accreditation from the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) for both our Master and Doctoral degree programs. Staff and faculty of the SPCHS worked diligently through an accreditation process that lasted over two years, including detailed documentation of academic processes, self-evaluation, and an on-site visit from CEPH representatives. A copy of our Final Self Study Report and the Final Report from CEPH can be downloaded in full from the following website: http://health.umt.edu/publichealth/stories/7%20Year%20Accreditation.php.
We are very happy with this decision from CEPH and look forward to continue to grow and improve our program for the sake of our students, the University of Montana and the communities in which our faculty, staff, students and alumni serve.
