Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health Chapter Established at University of Montana
The University of Montana School of Public & Community Health Sciences (SPCHS) is proud to announce that they have established a Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health chapter. Formed in 1924, the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health was established at Johns Hopkins University to recognize outstanding contributions and achievement in the field of public health. Since then, Delta Omega has expanded to over 100 chapters at Council on Education for Public Health-accredited schools and programs of public health.
SPCHS is home to the Epsilon Beta chapter, and has formed a committee to nominate meritorious students and faculty for chapter induction as part of the 2020 Spring graduation ceremony, scheduled for Saturday, May 9. More information about Delta Omega can be found at their website, https://deltaomega.org/.
