Option 1: A five-year program in which students earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Integrative Physiology and a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training.

Option 2: A two-year master’s program designed for students who already have a baccalaureate degree.

The UM AT Program participates in the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education-Western Regional Graduate Program (WICHE-WRGP). This program allows master’s students who are residents of the WICHE member states in programs at 60 participating institutions outside of their home state and pay resident tuition. The WICHE states are Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii‘i, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. The Master's in Athletic Training Program meet the standards established by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE). The current accreditation period extends to the year 2022-2023.
