Specialized Skills

I am trained in EMDR and TFCBT for the treatment of PTSD, symptoms of anxiety and depression. I also use Circle of Security and Postive Parent Management in working with parents, specifically parenting adolescents. In the upcoming months I will be focusing on Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Treatment as treatment options. 

Professional Experience

Worked with youth and families who were impacted by poverty, systemic racism, intergenerational trauma and gender based violence for over 10 years. I recently opened a small private practice with a focus of prevention of child abuse and gender based violence through the lens of attachment and feminist theory.
