About the Event
When: Every Wednesday at both 12pm and 3pm (MST)
These wellness breaks will last 30 minutes each. When you register you will be sent Outlook calendar invites for BOTH time slots that day. You are free to attend either (or both).

Description
Join us on Wednesdays at noon for a 30-minute self-care break. This series of interactive Zoom meetings will provide Wellness related skills in addition to serving attendees with a relaxing guided meditation.
It will provide the service of a Guided Mindful Meditation and Breathing Exercise, supported with a relaxing soundscape of Himalayan Singing Bowls and other vibrational instruments. Using headphones is highly encouraged to have the best possible sound experience.

Lydia Czech
UM Public Health Workplace Wellness Coordinator
Lydia is a University of Montana Alumna who graduated Summa Cum Laude with her bachelor's in Health and Human Performance, with a focus in Community Health.
She has a certificate in Health Behavior Coaching and Peer Health Education, with experience creating online wellness content. She is excited to join the Public Health Workplace Wellness team, and is honored to have the opportunity to support the wellness needs of our hard working Public Health professionals.
