During this session, Staci discussed evaluating and selecting a hepatitis C treatment regimen for a patient without cirrhosis and a patient with compensated cirrhosis, identifying when a patient with hepatitis C has decompensated cirrhosis and refer for appropriate care and went over where to find resources to assist with management in patients with hepatitis C who have unique circumstances, HIV/HCV coinfection, pregnancy/lactation, drug interactions, chronic hepatitis B, prior failed hepatitis C treatment regiment and children.
